Google Calm Dealing with Oracle Claims

Oracle made a surprise lawsuit against Google related to patent infringement issues in Android. In response Google instead be calm and do not rush a decision.

According to Google, his company has not taken official stance-related problems. However, the software giant was disappointed and consider what is being done by Oracle is not fundamental.

"We were disappointed to learn Oracle chose to attack both the Google and open source Java community with unfounded claims," wrote Google in Google's statement on Tech Crunch.

According to Google, it is to maintain standards and open source continue to work closely with industry to develop the Android platform.

Previously reported, Oracle Corp. filed for patent and copyright infringement against Google Inc. over the Android software, citing the acquisition of technology from Sun Microsystems Inc. in January last.


The company itself has filed lawsuits filed in federal court of California, United States (U.S.). However, Oracle did not say whether to ask the court to stop the use of the invention or are looking for cash compensation.
