Intel Launches AppUp Application Shop

Mid last month, Intel will soon bring to preach the online application store. Now, the promise was immediately met by the manufacturing company by presenting a store that is named AppUp.

AppUp which is the online store aimed at the netbook was first introduced at the Intel Developer Forum 2010, held at Moscone Center West, San Francisco, USA. Launched by TG Daily, Wednesday (15/09/2010).

As promised earlier also, the central feature AppUp will optimize the content specifically for netbooks, including entertainment, social networking, gaming and productivity applications.

In addition, an online store that offers two application models both free and paid, now also run programs to purchase applications.

The store was already offers content from a number of industry heavyweights, including Adobe, Accuweather, Barnes & Noble, Funkitron, Gibson Guitars, Iwin, Kaplan, Konami and Lifetime.

It is worth noting that Intel also signed an agreement with Best Buy, Dixons is based in the UK and India. So it can be ascertained that AppUp will be one application store for the most complete netbook.
