USB 3.0 Flash drives Supersonic from Patriot Memory

Patriot Memory introduced the latest USB 3.0 flash drives Supersonic with single-chip controller. This new drive provides super-fast performance with Quad-Channel technology in miniature form factor ultra-light. By integrating the original USB 3.0 controller for flash memory, Supersonic eliminate performance barriers that exist when using a USB 3.0 bridge chip separately.

USB 3.0 flash drive single chip Supersonic offers speeds up to 100MBps for read and 70MBps for write speed. Supersonic USB 3.0 Flash Drive comes in capacities of 32GB and 64GB. Patriot Memory will release this USB 3.0 flash drives in Q1 2011.
